There is no link to this in the menu bar, I always have to find a recent topic to get to the tracker https://invisioncommunity.com/4bugtrack/

It’s always been this way. They link it from the relevant places, like the beta download information page in the client area. If they expose it directly here, people probably flood it with all sorts of other requests. 

I access it from the Create menu and then with a second click to the category URL in the breadcrumb navigation.
