Ulisse Savi Posted January 8, 2019 Share Posted January 8, 2019 I bought the Gallery app because I wanted to give the members of my sites a personal album where to put their photos. The problem is that I can not create new albums as a user. I can only create new categories using the administration panel and then I can put my photos in the chosen category. How is it possible for my members to create their personal album where to put their photos. I have 2 tests installaion of Invision http://www.pets-99.com/invision/ and http://www.job-99.com/invision/. What is the direct link to these sites to create the personal album of my members? I searched in https://www.pets-99.com/invision/index.php?/gallery/ and https://www.job-99.com/invision/index.php?/gallery/ but i not found entries like "create your album". Marc Stridgen Posted January 8, 2019 Share Posted January 8, 2019 What you are likely missing here is that you need to add the permission to create albums on each group. So if you go to Members>Groups and edit any of the groups, you will see on the gallery tab there is a permission for this. Provided this is checked and you have allowed it within the category, it will then ask you if you wish to create an album (or add to an existing album) when you click to add images.
