How to merge help desk tickets?

The ticket has to be from the same customer then you can click into a ticket that you wish to merge into another. On the right, you'll see their "Request History" and you can open a popup modal to see the ticket you wish to have the other ticket merge into. In an orange button in the top left, you should see the "Merge" button to the right of "View"
