Content items, comments, and reviews vs items only

Is this working as expected or is something wrong with the streams? 

Left is showing with option "Content items, comments, and reviews" right window "content items only".

Both show a review (unread Topic badge), but it should show only on the left window. And the red marked post should be shown on the right window too.

With "content items only" we generally show the content item once, represented by the most recent update (whether that's the content item being posted, or the last comment or review against it). I see "Custom Skin Process" listed there on the right.

That said, improving this feature has been brought up internally for consideration.
