christopher-w
Hey folks. When I click on a post in the forum's fluid display, for example a post located in forums > cars > audi it does not take me to that path, instead it renders the post off of forum root, like this: I notice it does the same thing here on IPS. Is there a setting for this. It confuses me, so reckon it's going to confuse my members too when I go live. Many thanks Chris
Joel R
That's intentional. Fluid forum is designed to be a flat hierarchy with topics directly off the topic index, so the breadcrumb mimics that thinking. You might be able to override the breadcrumb or request it in feedback.
christopher-w
Thanks yes, somebody else has just told me it was by design. 4 hours ago, Joel R said: Fluid forum is designed to be a flat hierarchy Seems strange to have the structure visible in the sidebar, yet not have this reflected in the rendered url. Or vice versa. Thanks though. I'll see if I can mod the template.
