beats23
Hi, I would like to be able to view photo EXIF data when a photo is clicked in the forum, similar to seeing the exif data in IPS gallery. I need this as my forum is photographer based. How do I achieve this? Thanks

I want to keep and show the exif data on the photos attached in the forum. If this app remove EXIF date for the forums, does that means I should be able to see the photo exif data in the forum? DawPi
Gosh, sorry, you're right! Yes, you would be able to do that but with a custom mod for it.
bfarber
This is not possible out of the box, however is doable with a customization. Alternatively, if your site is photography based you may strongly want to consider using Gallery instead of forum attachments for your images. Images uploaded to Gallery can be shared in forum posts easily by copying the URL, or using the "Insert other media" dropdown on the attachment bar, and Gallery provides many more image handling capabilities than the forum attachments do. beats23
Thanks. Would be nice if there was a settings to send all forum drag and drop photos to a gallery folder call "forum photos" with more exif options Maybe IPS can code it in.
