Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Ramsesx Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 Hi, is there a way to exclude the entries of one specific category from the front page view? Thanks.
Daniel F Posted July 5, 2018 Posted July 5, 2018 No, it's not possible without any 3rd party modifications.

Are you asking about the page that is assigned to the database? Or another IP.Pages page? For the first - no, you can't because its assigned to the entire database. What you could do, instead, is simply create a new IP.Pages page and put on a block. In that block, define the feed of records or categories that you want from the database. I do that on my own site. I have an IP.Pages page that contains my articles. Then I have another IP.Pages page that I use as a homepage, and it only shows articles from 4 out of my 6 categories. Hope that makes sense.
