I was wondering why I don't see the feature "like a post" "thumbs up" kinda thing. is it possible I have it turned off.? and where might that bee? I have searched the backend quit a bit.

Ok, need better glasses, but now I see that its on yet I dont see the option to add likes

You excluded Administrator, and you're probably an Administrator.  Read the options. 

OK removed that, but likes still not visible. is there another spot it can be deactivated?

And you allowed members to react to their own content, correct?  

Do you have reactions set up?  What do you see in the "Reactions" tab?

Yes, here is the current settings.

Submit a ticket... These are the sorts of things IPS would love to help with.  There's probably a random setting somewhere that's not on they would know off the top of their head.

Last place I can think to look off the top of my head is Member Group settings, Social Tab.  Make sure users can do more than 0 reactions per day.  

I just did  ? , crazy thing, the button is there now just invisible. they are gonna love me.

If you notice the IPS buttons, they contain a bold color outline.  I discovered the same thing with my icons that you don't just want color ON the icon, you actually want the color AROUND the icon to make a black and white button that's clear and bright.
