I guess, like me, others use these forums like a "ticket system" between mods & users. Maybe they use it too as a sandbox. My problem is that users rarely read the rules of the forums. I think it would be a good idea to have an option where pinned topics would be visible for everybody. Pinned topics and only pinned topics. This way for example, moderators could post closed pinned topics with instructions, which are more visible to users. Short and easy instructions. Something like. - Only moderators can read your posts - It can take up to 48 hours to reply your post - Tag your tickets with "open" or "close" prefixes only - Do not report your tickets. More or less this is the idea. I think, using the topic titles pinned as rules makes them much more visible.
