In IPS 3, there was a tool where you could use the admin web UI to bulk import files from a directory. 

Downloads > Tools > Bulk Import From Directory

Was that removed in IPS4?  If so, please bring it back, and soon.  I routinely import large amounts of files. Are there alternative ways to do this in IPS 4 besides manually filling out forms?
