Stuart Silvester Posted December 19, 2017 Share Posted December 19, 2017 This error could mean many things probably one of the following The Database couldn't be connected to (for example if it was on a server that didn't allow connections, or the username/password was wrong) The prefix entered may be incorrect Please submit a ticket if you still can't get it working.
