The database is online and the details for the conversion from old database to the new are correct. Some suggestions to solve. Thanks
December 19, 20177 yr Community Expert This error could mean many things probably one of the following The Database couldn't be connected to (for example if it was on a server that didn't allow connections, or the username/password was wrong) The prefix entered may be incorrect Please submit a ticket if you still can't get it working.
