PHPStorm ide

its an app you install to IPS, not the IDE. once you have it installed, it will have added a banner menu to the top of your acp, click on "storm" and go down to "proxy class generator" and run it, it will create a folder in your IPS root called "proxyclasses" and if you have the IPS root open as a project in phpstorm it will index the files and allow autocomplete and other features of the IDE to work.
