I tried to refresh and when I refreshed it turned alllll to 0. I also have version 4.6.12.1, not sure if that’s an issue. Any insight or help would be amazing… I can’t make any sales…

Do I have the option to cancel that key that he purchased? What's the process with the refunds? Is there anything that helps me with this?

My app is extension for a key generations in the Commerce, but payment process and everything else is provided by IPS4. In my app you have option to refresh the key but it need to be done manually. Hm, where did you saw that option build in default Commerce? 🙂 To be clear - my app working in the same way as standard licence keys generated by Commerce. Your request looks like custom work - PM me for more details.

I'm looking to add multiple variants for each product and I would like to assign a different key for each of those variants.

I'd like to have this as a special reward for members but don't want any guest or new member being able to buy straight away. Thanks in advance 🙂

GazzaGarratt Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 Hey @DawPi, had a few successful transactions however all 4 people haven't received an email just confirming the code for the game and it doesn't show anywhere else (for instance in 'My Orders') so how do the actually get the code??
