For example, if user registered with email in domain "invisionpower.com" (for example "sales@invisionpower.com") or if user changed his e-mail to one in this domain (and confirmed it if necessary), then he will automatically promoted to group "IPS Staff". Also if user in this group changed his e-mail to any not in this domain, his group will be changed to other specified in promotion rule ("User" for example).
