DawPi Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 With this plugin you can limit how many topics user will be able to add in specific forum. Two limit modes - single (per forum) or all forums together.
MythonPonty Posted February 22, 2020 Posted February 22, 2020 Nearly exactly what i need. Is it possible to add an additional option ?! No matter when a new topic would started, 11 p.m. or at 7 p.m. So it should not be counted according to the time, but according to the corresponding day. Each day, the member can only create a number X new topics. The counter should then be reset every day at 00:00. Can you add this option ? Nawaal 1
DawPi Posted February 22, 2020 Author Posted February 22, 2020 (edited) I dont think so that is good idea. What if someone change his timezone? It's a highway to spoof/cheat this plugin. Edited February 22, 2020 by DawPi
MythonPonty Posted February 23, 2020 Posted February 23, 2020 Does the plugin check the user time zone ? I have just German members. Do new topics doesn’t have the server timestamp ?

DawPi Posted February 24, 2020 Author Posted February 24, 2020 I'll see what I can do anyway. 🙂 MythonPonty 1
Olmyster Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 A great plugin. Thanks @DawPi. I have juste one regret. It is not possible to configure different time & limit settings by forums. DawPi 1
DawPi Posted March 1, 2020 Author Posted March 1, 2020 I'll check what I can do in a future release. 🙂 Olmyster 1
LittleFang Posted January 1, 2023 Posted January 1, 2023 This is older, but I'd love this same functionality for a specific post. (Example: Each member can only post once in 24 hours) DawPi and Olmyster 2
