DawPi
With this plugin you can limit how many topics user will be able to add in specific forum. Two limit modes - single (per forum) or all forums together. Link to comment
MythonPonty
Nearly exactly what i need. Is it possible to add an additional option ?! No matter when a new topic would started, 11 p.m. or at 7 p.m. So it should not be counted according to the time, but according to the corresponding day. Each day, the member can only create a number X new topics. The counter should then be reset every day at 00:00. Can you add this option ? Nawaal 1 Link to comment
DawPi
I dont think so that is good idea. What if someone change his timezone? It's a highway to spoof/cheat this plugin. Edited February 22, 2020 by DawPi Link to comment
MythonPonty
Does the plugin check the user time zone ? I have just German members. Do new topics doesn’t have the server timestamp ? Link to comment

Olmyster
A great plugin. Thanks @DawPi. I have juste one regret. It is not possible to configure different time & limit settings by forums. DawPi 1 Link to comment

LittleFang
This is older, but I'd love this same functionality for a specific post. (Example: Each member can only post once in 24 hours) Olmyster and DawPi 2 Link to comment
