Release notes badges missing

… should contain the badges (“beta”, “current release”) as well. Those pages always confuse me when they appear in the activity feed. I think there is a new release, but it might just be a beta – but I can’t tell. 

I guess the badges are turned off for the Record Display view, since they are not required on this page. Maybe rather have them twice than missing in certain views.
