Stats Question

I need to get a few specific stats:  top contributors per board, and top contributors per topic for a given time frame. Does anyone know of a way to this? Or an application/plugin/query that does this? I'd be willing to pay for help.

Not 100% sure if you can filter it down to the level you're requesting although its about the nearest I can think of for what you're requesting.
