AndyF Posted July 27, 2017 Share Posted July 27, 2017 Hello, The issue appears to be server side rather than anything in the suite itself. If you are 'cloud' hosted then you'd need to submit a ticket in the Client Area. If you are self hosted then unless you have a VPS or Dedicated server (ie: you're using 'shared hosting') you will need to speak to your host about this.
