Is there anyway to manually do security updates for IPB? I've tried the automated way on my centOS7 server with no luck. 

Download new version from client area and put new files to your web root folder with replacing. After this proceed to /admin/upgrade/ and this script will doing all updates, migrations and all needed stuff
