Heya, I'm looking for a solution on my forum that will allow me to, and/or select user groups to upload a video file and have it be playable via JSPlayer , or something similar

Is this possible, or does anyone know of any similar solution?

From what I can tell, those are both applications that organize/format videos hosted elsewhere
