Ford Doctor Posted March 15, 2017 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Is there a way to - or - could this be added as a feature - an option to send a per-defined email in response to approving or declining a new member registration? My forums are meant for a specific group of people a niche if you will and access to my forums requires approval. It seems that some people when approved never return to the site and login because they did not understand that there is an approval process and were not able to immediately log in. This happens despite the fact that the process is explained at the beginning of the process... but we all know that most people do not read "warnings" "notices" or rules. On the flip side, I feel it's rude to decline people and not provide notice and the reason. Doing this manually is absolutely time consuming. For me this would be an extremely useful feature.
