I have created a forum for support, where only the topic poster and admin/moderators can see the question asked in that forum.

I did this using the option when setting up the forum: Forum Settings/Permissions/Users can see questions asked by other users?

I have given access to this forum to Admins and Moderators and set up the required permissions, but no matter what I do, only admins can see the questions and not the moderators. Maybe someone could point me in the right direction as to why this is happening please?

I'm sorry for the bump, but I am having trouble getting to root of this issue and everything I have tried doesn't work. Only Admin can see posts with 'Users can see questions asked by other users' and I really require our Moderators to be able to answer these questions also.
