Member/Group restriction: move only certain foruid+own topic

Need plugin or css mod for members / member groups to be able to move only their own topics and only in 1certain id. to another.

Its fixed its only one forum id that they will have the right to do that,

can donate/pay for anyone giving me a solution.

@Theme Tent UK or @Adriano Faria does anyone have a sollution for me ? i need to do this since my members had been used to it.

the best would be, if the members could move via a special SAVED ACTION .

as mentioned it needs to involve only their own topics and only in Specifid ForumId.
