Hello, I must migrate my community (based on IPB) to another hosting.
How I can create a backup and migrate the community on new hosting?

see if your new host will do a website transfer for free - most of them do.

Doing this will help you out.  I recently moved my site and did everything listed that Marc S posted and had no issues. I did have one tiny problem and that was my site email was not working properly but after working with it a bit, I got that working good. If not better.

Most hosting companies will move at least (one) site for you for free. Although, you may have to make a few updates and changes after but will do most of the work for you.
