I tried upgrading and got this error
Email address or password incorrect. Make sure you are providing the details that you use to log into the IPS Client Area at invisionpower.com/clientarea
The info is correct as I can log on to the Client Area here but I cannot upgrade.
Any idea why?
are you the owner or sub-account?
Sub-Account's dont have permissions for upgrades. Only the owner can do updates.
I am an owner and it took about 6 hours to recognize it with clearing cache and all that fun stuff...
