How to prevent users to upload photos without albums

Hi, not sure if there's a setting for this in IPS4 but if so, I haven't found. So, is there a way to prevent members from uploading photos to the Gallery if they don't have an album? (Basically I'd like to force them to create an album first). Thanks.

No, there is not.  This is one of my biggest "pet peeves" with IP.Gallery to maintain a well-ordered gallery.  

There's feedback by @Morrigan that goes back over a year.  

You should probably add to this topic to bump it.

Gallery (and Pages) need some serious GUI and workflow changes. Just like there's no built-in way of preventing them from uploading photos to the Album description, though there's an add-on that does that...
