Jurgis Posted September 19, 2016 Posted September 19, 2016 Hello, can someone explain what this error code means: 2S129/2 ? One member contacted me and wrote that he can't register account. After validation he receives this error:Sorry, there is a problem This member is not awaiting validation Error code: 2S129/2 And in ACP/Members i see: This member must be approved manually. It's not just one case. Every day i see new registrations, with: This member must be approved manually. Where is problem?

Jurgis Posted September 20, 2016 Author Posted September 20, 2016 There everything is correct. Validation method for new accounts is set to "Email validation", like i want. For most of new members registration works fine, but some members get this error 2S129/2 after validation and in Members list i see that member must be approved manually.
Mark H Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 If you are seeing "Member must be approved manually" that's likely due to your Spam Service Settings. Check the spam logs to find the account and its spam service code (1 thru 4), then cross-reference the spam settings. It sounds as though the account was flagged with a level 2 or 3 code, and you have those levels set to require admin approval. If that is not the problem, though, please feel free to file a ticket to Support.
