Invision Community 5: A video walkthrough creating a custom theme and homepage By Matt Thursday at 04:02 PM
GarethM Posted September 5, 2016 Posted September 5, 2016 In one of my Gallery categories I've set the default sorting order to 'Title', however upon viewing the category the images are not being sorted by title, but instead I think they're being sorted by the image name part of the image url. Is this a bug or is that how it is supposed to work? When in the category view, if I sort by title it sorts them correctly... Also, is there no option to choose ascending or descending for the default sorting order?

Because IPS thinks butchering the image titles is both okay and how we really want images to be sorted. No ascending or descending.
GarethM Posted September 5, 2016 Author Posted September 5, 2016 Doh! Another issue just cropped up now, one of my users can't upload pics using safari - is that a known issue too? Or has something gone wrong with my site?
Joel R Posted September 5, 2016 Posted September 5, 2016 That's a separate issue and one that I'm unaware of. He should be able to upload regardless of the OS or browser.
GarethM Posted September 5, 2016 Author Posted September 5, 2016 OK thanks, unfortunately I don't have access to safari right now to test it myself!
DesignzShop Posted September 5, 2016 Posted September 5, 2016 http://mobiletest.me/ http://www.htmlgoodies.com/beyond/webmaster/toolbox/article.php/3889011/Using-Safari-for-iPhone-iPad-and-iPod-Touch-Website-Testing.htm Above is for those devices. So I think you can also download Safari right to your desktop and click the develop tool also. Regards
