Error for some users inserting gallery images into posts

Hello All,

I wonder if anyone can help as this one has me stumped.

Our forum has had the Gallery application available for a while now but, with the recent problems with Photobucket (is anyone else experiencing some PB hotlinks not displaying images in posts?) we have seen usage of the Gallery increase among our members.

The Gallery itself works fine.  The issue is when some users want to insert one of their gallery items into a topic / reply using the 'insert other media' ¦ 'insert existing attachment' option,

For some users, when they click on 'insert existing attachment' they receive a message from the forum saying 'Something went wrong.  Please try again'.  Other users can insert images from the gallery without any problems.

In the system logs, I'm getting a 'Cannot Connect' error.  The gallery images are set to be stored on a separate server to where the forum and forum DB is.  In the logs, all of the storage server's details appear correct (server name, FTP username and password, etc).  Below is the system log for the error, minus server names and passwords.

The forum is updated to v4.1.14.2.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Attachments are hosted on an FTP Server which is currently Not available or with wrong credentials. Please check this.

Yes, all was fine with the FTP connection, the problem was with some corrupted files within one of the Gallery folders.  Sorted that and all works fine now.
