SJ77 Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 I have 4 people who voted on 2 options thread says 9 have voted results show 2 + 1 2+1 <> 4 9 <> 4 What gives?
Nathan Explosion Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 Yeah, ignore me....misread the results. Or have I? It's 6 null votes, which happens when someone views a poll's results. Don't like the result of this, then turn off the option:
BomAle Posted July 24, 2016 Posted July 24, 2016 I am not sure but the recount is called only when is added a vote... i must test if a user revote into poll could increase counter, for example (if the user have option to revote): into a poll where with more then one question (2+) i vote into q1 but not q2 submit... and after reload vote into q2 ... reload the page and show a unexpected counter (increased of 2 instead 1 me) PS: i see also your screen and it show only one question, try to test soon and report eventually. thanks for share your situation ?
SJ77 Posted July 24, 2016 Author Posted July 24, 2016 clicking on see who voted where it says (1) shows that 2 people have voted. (not 1) clicking on see who voted where it says (2) it shows that 2 people voted. 2+2 = 4 2+2 <> 3 2+2 <> 9 It's just wrong and there should be no option in ACP that ever allows for wrong information to be published. Correct print should show 2 voted for option a. and 2 voted for option b. for a total of 4 votes. Anything else is false math.

If you feel something is broken you should submit a bug report or a ticket In this case we have already submitted a fix for polls in 4.1.14 as a client submitted a ticket about polls a couple weeks ago.
