pilotguy Posted June 21, 2016 Posted June 21, 2016 I recently sent out a bulk email to 11 members tonight. Once the emails had processed this came up: Claims it has been sent to 2000 members?? Glitch or should I be concerned here.
Rhett Posted June 21, 2016 Posted June 21, 2016 Ensure that you are on 4.1.12.3 as there was a bug on this with 4.12.2, if you are on .3, it's correct and you selected 2k members.

pilotguy Posted June 21, 2016 Author Posted June 21, 2016 Yep - It shows as 2000 but it is only sending to the amount you have configured in the filters. Confirmed with a support ticket. Just like @Adriano Faria said.

Shattered Rift Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 I'm having a similar issue in 4.1.12.3. Claims I sent to 500 members (when I had 118 or so on the list and 149 total on the board), but most of the time it wasn't actually sending anything, and this last time when it finally did send it was sending a seemingly random number of duplicates.
