Colonel_mortis Posted June 7, 2016 Posted June 7, 2016 At the moment, there is no visual differentiation between staff and regular members in PMs, which means that if you're contacting someone as a staff member, such as to ask them not to do something, then it is not clear to the recipient who you are without them having to actually search for it (such as by hovering over your name). IMO, it should display the group, at least on desktop, either next to the timestamp or next to their username.
