Upgrade system check error

I can't seem to be able to upgrade  as it keeps giving me this error.ipberror.png

In the beginning it was upgrading fine but then it gave me an error and it wouldn't let me do anything from there. So I try going back to the beginning but now that error pops up. Admin CP panel looks all messed up now, like lacks css and I can't go back to 4.1.11 as it gives me an error.

Please submit a ticket and we'll take a look.
