Tarun
I'm currently in the process of talking with my web host about upgrading PHP. 4.1.11 had the important note saying that it would be the last release supporting PHP 5.4, and 4.1.12 says it does not support PHP 5.4. This is where my title question comes into play as it feels like a bit of a grey area. Does 4.1.11.1 support PHP 5.4 also? I'd much rather ask and play it safe, than assume it does and be sorry. Thank you all.
Nathan Explosion
Yes - 4.1.11.1 is still part of the 4.1.11 series. it is 4.1.12 where the "does not support 5.4" begins.

Mark
Incidentally, if your using the AdminCP based updater, it always checks the requirement before downloading. So if we change our minimum version and you haven't upgraded - it will tell you before it starts. You never have to worry that it will get half way through and die because of a version incompatibility
