Second store?

So, I have a gaming community where I have a store with items related to that- buying in-game perks, etc. But I'm also working on a plugin, and I'd like to sell it on my site too, and I'm going to set up support tickets, etc there too. Is there any way I can host 2 versions of commerce? One with my gaming server's things, and the second with my plugin store.

Not without purchasing another license for the 2nd site.

1 suite (core & app(s) license per site. Also includes 1 closed (unseen to the public) test site per license.

Yeah, but this would be actually on the same site. It'd be 2 separate storefronts on the same site. Would I need 2 commerce licenses?...

You can't install 2 instances of the same plugin or application.

Is there any way this could be added? I know it's easy to, for example, replicate the Forums app with Pages- but things like multiple storefronts would be useful.

couldn't you just use categories? I have one for ingame ranks (for gmod and various other servers) one for ranks and coins , and then another category that is for my other developer.
