What is the HTML or IPS php code for tags to wrap around text  to signify that it's an error, warning, valid, etc?

For the text itself:

ipsType_light, ipsType_warning,  ipsType_negative, ipsType_success, ipsType_issue,ipsType_neutral

And for wrapping around text:

ipsBadge_warning, ipsBadge_positive, ipsBadge_negative, ipsBadge_neutral
