Doped_Wizard Posted February 26, 2016 Posted February 26, 2016 This is really weird.. the messages I send via the board do not arrive on any outlook accounts. If i send them via webmail from my server to outlook.com they go through. Other accounts like aol receive emails from the forum just fine. Is this a known issue?
ZLTRGO Posted February 26, 2016 Posted February 26, 2016 I have this problem too, basically with every big german email company...only via ipb

This isn't a know issue with IPS, it is however a known issue with microsoft mail servers blocking IP's of mail servers, please consult with your hosting provider, they can follow up with microsoft to see why it's blocked, and jump through a few hoops to get the block removed.
Daddy Posted February 27, 2016 Posted February 27, 2016 Becoming blacklisted on targeted mailservers is not uncommon. It could be a variation of the amount of duplicated emails onward to the amount of rejected packets. You can check the health of your dns here: http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx It's fairly easy to renew your status.
Daddy Posted February 27, 2016 Posted February 27, 2016 I'd also like to mention that having a couple disposable dedicated IPs doesn't hurt either.
Dmacleo Posted February 27, 2016 Posted February 27, 2016 just tested against my outlook.com account (which then also fwds to my exchange server) and seemed to be fine here. am usingsparkpost as smtp sender.
