I can't connect the Commerce module

I tried to connect the Commerce module, but it turned out:

Then I downloaded updating and started installing it in the browser.

There was an error:

What does it mean?

And what to do now?

It looks like its not been upgraded which is why its 'locked' as it would likely cause errors if you tried to use it 'as is'

Is your support active for Commerce (Nexus) ?

You should be able to download it (it will download all products that are active) from the Client Area.

If you are not sure: Just submit a ticket in the Client Area (give a link to this topic so they can see) and they will be able to tell you if you need to renew anything or just upload/upgrade it.

This was resolved in your ticket for you, thanks again

 

For into to others - this was  a partial old install of nexus on 3.4.x that was not upgraded during the rest of the upgrade causing this issue, re-installing it cleared up the issue.
