Hello,

I'm migrating my forum and I want to put a notification in the forum (on top of the forum list) to let the users know that we are working on the website and that some things could fail.

Is there a way to do this in IPB or do I need to install some kind of plugin ?

Yes, that's it!! I was looking for it in the admin cp and couldn't find it.
