Eupolemos Posted January 2, 2016 Share Posted January 2, 2016 As the title suggest, I'm having trouble setting up my Email. But before I make a ticket, I thought I'd try here. I've tried using both my original gmail and my new google apps account for my domain. When I try PHP I get the error "email could not be sent" - when I try SMTP I get "Connection refused". But as I remember it, I needed to somehow unlock the ability to accept less secure apps. Feel free to ask again if you're completely stuck, I'll see if I can jog my memory then. Mail delivery method: SMTP SMTP Host: mail.mydomain.com SMTP Protocol: Standard / Plaintext SMTP Port: 25 SMTP Username: webmaster@mydomain.com SMTP Password: mysmtppassword And all is working perfect.
