Hi.  Not sure if this is the correct place to post this...

Purchased the raffle application and have the directions from the vendor and the access to FTP.  The issue is where does it go.  The vendor file has one folder called 'UPLOAD' which contains three other folders so when transferring the folder via FTP where do you place it since the structure of the folder must stay in tact.

Attached screen shot shows the details.  Sorry I am lost on this one and I can code too. Maybe I am not as good as I thought. lol

Any help would be very much appreciated.

What ever is in the upload folder you upload.  But don't upload the upload folder itself.

So the main directory is www and I see of course the index.php so inside the MAIN directory.  That is what is confusing me...

 

www --> (Add files within the vendor folder 'UPLOAD')  so the three folders just float alpha order within and that is it?

Oh and the directions seen in the pick say otherwise since it mentions the order of the folder in the install.  Sorry but vendor instructions are off a bit and then IPS help with this matter is also a little hard to come by.

@Marty Glenn - you are aware that this app is for 3.4 series - and not compatible with 4.1. You're post is in the 4.1 section.
