I need to change the color of the typed letters on IP.Chat. Can someone tell me maybe where i can change this.

If referring to the text as you are typing (not after you click Send button) then in custom.css add: 

.ipsApp .cMessageTextarea {
    color: red;
}

obviously change to your own requirements
