November 28, 20177 yr ipsLayout_header just tried ipsLayout_body no luck When I first installed this before the last IPS update it did work.
November 29, 20177 yr Author OK! It was an easy fix, just a minor JavaScript error. New v1.3.0 uploaded: Fixes for 4.2.x New bigger snowflake by default! ❄ Re-targeted the entire body instead of just the header by default. For the previous behaviour, target ipsLayout_header instead of ipsLayout_body. Sample picture of the new bigger snowflake attached. Edited November 29, 20177 yr by wohali minor formatting fix

November 30, 20177 yr Thanks for the nice plugin! A small issue: On desktop it's fine, but on mobile/mobile skin (win phone, win 10, ie) it doesn't show the correct snow color. I defined white but it shows as turquoise there. Anyone else experiencing this?

Anyone else experiencing this? Have you tried to clear the browser cache? Most mobile browsers cache a lot and can be bit stubborn. Or try different browser on that mobile maybe?
December 1, 20177 yr Yes, and also confirmed on other devices like a samsung android and different browser...
December 1, 20177 yr Author Weird, looks like something in the IPS responsive theme is force-overriding the colour attribute. I have a workaround and have just uploaded v1.3.1 to fix it. Thanks for reporting it! NOTE: I discovered that on a recent enough Android device, because emoji have fixed colours, you may be unable to override the colour of a snowflake that is an emoji, such as ❄. In this case, I recommend using a different, non-emoji character as your snowflake, such as • instead.
December 2, 20177 yr Author @broni I need more detail: Which theme Which browser What settings have you set in the plugin's settings panel Screenshot

December 24, 20177 yr i have this error , when upload a xml 3C145/3 Something went wrong. Please try again. 3C145/3 Something went wrong. Please try again.
December 8, 20186 yr Doesn't seem to be working, and chance it could be updated, even as a pay option?
December 8, 20186 yr Author Are you using the default skin? I can't guarantee that this plugin works with any other skin, sorry. I've tested that it works with the default skin under the latest IPS release today.

It wasn't at first.
July 7, 20195 yr I hope you update this! Loved it last winter on 4.3, but 4.4 appears to have broken it.
August 27, 20195 yr Author Thanks! We actually haven't moved to 4.4 yet...once we do I'll be sure to fix this. It's usually something trivial. Should be in time for the holidays ;)
November 19, 20195 yr Works for 4.3.6, except it doesn't seem to go all the way to the right side of the browser on my custom skin. Regardless, still a great addition.
December 4, 20195 yr Doesn't seem to work any longer, neither does your lights app. Any chance you'd consider updating them, even if it meant they were now paid apps? People really love these on my sites, they look forward to me turning them back on all year. Thanks
December 10, 20195 yr Author Hi everyone, Year-end crunch hit early this year, so my plans to review this plugin and Christmas Lights before December 1 got way-laid. I hope to get to this in the next day or two. Thanks for the continued interest!
