Hy guys,

i got a problem sharing URL`s on facebook. I want to share a topic URL like this: 

http://www.steam100.de/index.php?/topic/4-errungenschaft-leitfaden-fallout-4/

If i post that URL on my Facebookpage, it turns automatically into this: http://www.steam100.de/index.php?%2Ftopic%2F4-errungenschaft-leitfaden-fallout-4%2F

Now, if you click on the URL, you`re not going to the topic. You get redirected automatically to the startpage of the forums. 

Why ? How to fix this issue?

You need to activate Friendly URLs. (which is recommended anyway, not just because of this issue)

Hm, i think it`s already active. 

 

It’s this part in the ACP:

Thx! Friendly URLs is active, but Rewrite URL isnt. Is this the issue? 

 

 

Yes, you need both and you need to upload the provided file. 

It works when the index.php? doesn’t appear in your site URLs anymore. 

YAY! Now it works.
