Text Editor not working at all!!!

Everytime one of our members goes to post, it comes up with this….

And you can't type anything.

This is happening to mobile users on our forums.

Have you tried with the default IPB theme ... if ok with that then a problem with your theme ...(e.g. is it compatible with your version of IPB) ?

that IS the default theme lol.

Did you just upgrade to 4.1.4?  If yes, clear your browser cache.  This is a huge problem with this upgrade, in my humble opinion.

I can't even use the bulk email text editor, it seems to be showing up all around the forums. 

This is not good. How do i fix it???

Did it get better after you completely cleared your browser cache?

There are the instructions I had to post on my site after upgrading.

Some users are having issues logging in or posting.

You need to clear your browser's cache, even if you're on a mobile device.

1. Log off of the site.
2. Clear your browser's cache.
3. Close your browser.
4. Reopen your browser.
5. Log in to the site.

All should be fine.

Do you use cloudflare? I got same troubles, after purge all cached files. Everything works fine
