Posted November 1, 20159 yr Hello, I deleted a member group without moving the members over to another group first, I am now unable to view members and get the error code EX0, can anyone help? Thanks Mad
November 1, 20159 yr Try using the support tool to reset cache and check the database. If that doesn't work submit a ticket using the same support tool. And clear your browser cache

And clear your browser cache Thanks Paul but I already tried that, was hoping someone else might know how to fix it as being Sunday the ticket won't be answered until late tomorrow for me, I am UK.
November 1, 20159 yr I made the same mistake yesterday as well :L having the same problem. Though, i'm only unable to view banned members. Any fix yet?
