Upgrading to IPS 4.0 Login Issue

Hello,

Has anyone know why the login page while attempting to upgrade doesn't have a next button? I've tried on Firefox and Internet Explorer and the same issue is there. I've tried uploading files twice as well. Trying to upgrade to the latest version, not beta.

Maybe this could help.. Could it be that I've cloned a virtual server and trying to run it at the same time my live server is running my live site?

This looks like some tables are missing such as core_sessions.

That table should not exist yet as you haven't started the upgrade  . Please submit the ticket and we'll look at why you do not have a login button.
