I've not had an update for my ticket in 5 days, ticket is 925053
Just a reply of any sort would be appreciated.
As your request is an upgrade from IPB 3 to IPS4, this will take considerably longer than a normal support ticket as they are not handled with priority. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience.
Thank-you, just the flow of conversation was going well up until this point so wondered if he was on leave/ill.
Just an update regards this, I was told to update MySQL for this to take place, which I have 2 days ago and it has caused the PMs to stop working on my forum since, which is important for my community. I'd appreciate if there could be a little more urgency to proceed with the update.
