Division by zero erros

Hi,
I'm really new on this platform, and I've signed the cloud solution.
When I try to edit any product I have just created I get the following error.

As I cannot debug it, anyone have any clues on this? 
The error the system throw is EX2 Something went wrong. Please try again.
